Founded by a mother-daughter team whose family history is steeped in Fall River's textile industry,
Artful Sinks offers a unique alternative to a typically humdrum household necessity.
For years Stasia Powers and her mother had playfully toyed with the idea of starting their own business.
Quality sinks bearing her mother's craftsmanship had been beautifying homes for years when Stasia decided
it was time to actualize their business plan. A graduate of SMU, now UMASS Dartmouth, Stasia's textile
degree meshed with practical management experience has prepared her to run the business end of this
entrepreneurial enterprise. As the business owner, Stasia spends most of her time maintaining communication with her customers
while leaving the artistic creations to her mom and the other members of her experienced staff.
Each artist brings to the staff years of experience producing patterns for local, high end dealers.
At Artful Sinks, however, these artists have finally been given the opportunity to stray from preset
patterns and into their own creative realms. We think you will share our enthusiasm for the results.
Let the seasoned artisans at Artful Sinks add a pinch of panache to your kitchen or bathroom with a
hand-painted sink and maybe even some tiles to match. You may choose from one of their original designs,
or you might choose to work hand-in-hand with an artist to create your own distinctive design.
